Adding a new website

  1. Go to the Domains page in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Add domain.
  3. Enter the domain (no http://, no trailing slash) and pick a region — the timezone is set to match.
  4. Copy the tracking snippet and paste it before </head> on the new site.
  5. Visit the new site once — it should appear as a live visitor within seconds.

If you've reached your plan's limit, the Add domain page shows a limit-reached message with an upgrade prompt instead.

Cross-website analytics

Each website has its own dashboard with its own visitors, sessions, and events. Some signals roll up across all your sites:

  • The team Home page lists every website in your workspace with its headline stats side by side, plus a combined visitor summary across all of them.
  • Settings → Advanced (the "Plan limits & usage" section) shows the total events used across your workspace this month against your plan's limit.
  • On paid plans, API keys can be scoped to either a single site or all domains in your workspace — convenient when you want one key to read from every dashboard.

What counts as a website?

A website in Zenovay maps roughly one-to-one with a domain. example.com and staging.example.com are usually best kept as two separate websites — otherwise their data gets mixed together and is harder to make sense of. If you have a multi-region site that serves different content from example.com, example.de, example.fr and you want them in one dashboard, you can either:

  • Use one website and tag events with a region property, or
  • Use one website per region for clean separation.

When to upgrade

You'll know it's time to upgrade when:

  • You hit your website cap and have a new project starting.
  • You're approaching your monthly event limit (visible in Settings → Advanced, under "Plan limits & usage").
  • You need more team members on the dashboard.

You can change plans any time from Settings → Billing. The price difference is prorated to the next renewal.
