Check Your Current Usage
- Go to Settings → Usage to see your current event volume
- Open Settings → Usage → Limits & Quotas for team member, website, and other resource meters
- Compare these against the limits of the plan you're considering
How to Upgrade
Go to Plan Settings
Open Settings → Billing → Plan.
Click Upgrade Plan
Click the "Upgrade Plan" button.
Choose Your Plan
Select Pro, Scale, or Enterprise.
Select Billing Cycle
Choose Monthly or Annual (save 20% with annual).
Enter Payment
Add or confirm your payment method on the secure checkout page.
Confirm Upgrade
Review the summary and complete checkout.
Your new features activate immediately after payment confirmation.
Billing When Upgrading
Mid-Cycle Upgrades
If you upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle:
- You're charged a prorated amount for remaining days
- New plan rate starts at next billing cycle
- Full features available immediately
Prorating Example
Scenario: Upgrading Free → Pro on day 15 of 30-day cycle
- Pro monthly: $20
- Days remaining: 15
- Prorated charge: $20 × (15/30) = $10.00
- Charged today: $10.00
- Next month: $20

Upgrading to annual:

- Save 20% versus monthly

Free Trial
If you joined through a referral link, your team may have received a 30-day Pro trial. While the trial is active you get full Pro features, and the team drops back to Free when the trial ends unless you upgrade. To keep Pro after the trial, follow the upgrade steps above before it expires.
For Enterprise, contact sales to discuss extended trials, custom feature access, and proof-of-concept arrangements.

You choose monthly or annual when you upgrade, using the Monthly / Yearly toggle on the plan comparison screen. To switch an existing monthly subscription to annual, email [email protected] and we'll prorate the remaining time and convert it for you.
What if I just upgraded but want a different plan?
Contact support for adjustment within 30 days.

No, your billing date stays the same. You're prorated for the difference.
