Email verification confirms you own the email address associated with your Zenovay account. This is essential for account security and password recovery.

Why Verify Your Email?

Verification enables:

  • Password reset functionality
  • Security notifications
  • Team invitations
  • Important account alerts
  • Communication from Zenovay

Unverified accounts have limited functionality. Verify your email to access all features.

Verification Process

  1. Check Your Inbox

    After signing up, check the inbox for the email address you used.

  2. Find the Verification Email

    Look for an email from [email protected] asking you to confirm your address (the exact subject may vary by locale).

  3. Click the Verification Link

    Click the verification button or link in the email.

  4. Confirmation

    You'll be redirected to Zenovay with a success message. Your email is now verified.

Resending Verification

If the verification email didn't arrive, you can request a fresh one:

  1. Go to the Sign-In Page

    Open app.zenovay.com and start signing in with the email you used to register.

  2. Request a New Link

    If your address isn't verified yet, you'll be prompted to confirm it. Use the resend option to send a fresh verification email.

  3. Check Your Inbox

    A new verification email will be sent to your address.

Rate Limiting

Wait a minute or two between requests. Repeated rapid clicks will rate-limit you.

If you still can't get a verification email through, contact [email protected] from any address you control and include your account email.

Troubleshooting

Email Not Arriving

  1. Check spam/junk folder: Most common issue
  2. Wait a few minutes: Emails can be delayed
  3. Add to contacts: Add [email protected] to prevent filtering
  4. Check email address: Ensure you used the correct address

Signup verification links expire after 24 hours. If yours expired:

  1. Return to the sign-in page
  2. Request a new verification email
  3. Use the new link within 24 hours

If the link doesn't work:

  1. Copy and paste the full URL into your browser
  2. Make sure the entire link is selected
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Clear browser cache and cookies

Wrong Email Address

Corporate Email Filters

If your company uses email filters:

  1. Contact IT to whitelist zenovay.com
  2. Check your quarantine folder
  3. Try using a personal email temporarily
  4. Use Gmail or other webmail for signup
