Present Zenovay under your own brand. Set your company name, logo, brand color, and email sender, and remove the Zenovay name from the dashboard your clients see.

Info

Agency client-portal branding (company name, logo, and brand color for the portals your clients log into) is available on the Scale plan. Full white-label of the whole workspace, including removing Zenovay branding everywhere, is an Enterprise feature. See Agency Dashboard for the agency side.

What you can customize

The branding settings live in Agency → Branding. Open the Agency page in the dashboard and select the Branding tab. Everything below is one panel — there are no separate sub-pages to navigate.

SettingWhat it controls
Company nameThe name shown in place of "Zenovay" across the branded surface
LogoYour logo, set by URL (a hosted image link)
Primary colorYour brand color, applied to buttons and accents
Email "from" nameThe sender name on notification emails
Remove Zenovay brandingHides the Zenovay name and "Powered by" reference

Info

That list is the complete set of branding options today. Zenovay does not offer a multi-color palette (secondary/accent/background/text), a custom favicon, a custom login page, or custom footer and help links. If you need any of those, contact support at [email protected] so we can track the request.

Set your branding

  1. Open the Branding tab

Go to the Agency page in the dashboard and select the Branding tab.

  2. Set your company name

Enter the name you want shown in place of "Zenovay". This appears across the branded dashboard your clients see.

  3. Add your logo

Paste the URL of a hosted logo image into the Logo field. The logo is referenced by link, so host it somewhere publicly reachable (your CDN, your website, an image host). A preview appears once the URL is valid.

  4. Choose your primary color

Pick your brand color with the color picker. It is applied to buttons and accent elements. A live button preview shows the result. Leave it blank to use the Zenovay default.

  5. Set the email sender name

Enter the "from" name you want on notification emails (for example, "Acme Analytics").

  6. Remove Zenovay branding

Toggle Remove Zenovay branding to hide the Zenovay name and the "Powered by" reference on the branded surface.

  7. Save

Click Save changes. Your branding applies immediately. Use Reset at any time to clear all customization and return to Zenovay defaults.

Logo tips

Your logo is referenced by URL, not uploaded, so keep these in mind:

  • Host the image somewhere stable and publicly reachable over HTTPS.
  • PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best.
  • A horizontal logo fits the dashboard header better than a square one.
  • If the preview does not appear, the URL is invalid or unreachable — double-check the link.

Custom domain

You can store a custom domain (for example, analytics.yourcompany.com) in your white-label configuration. Setting it up end to end is not yet fully self-serve: DNS and verification are handled with help from our team.

To request a custom domain, save the domain in your branding configuration and contact support at [email protected]. We will provide the DNS records to add and complete verification with you.

Warning

Self-serve custom-domain verification is not available in the dashboard yet. Custom domain setup currently requires assistance from the Zenovay team.

Email sender

The Email "from" name controls the sender name shown on notification emails. Changing the sending email address or domain (with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) is not part of the self-serve branding panel today — reach out to [email protected] if you need emails sent from your own domain.

Reset to defaults

To remove all customization, open Agency → Branding and click Reset. This clears your company name, logo, color, email sender name, and the brand-removal toggle, returning the dashboard to standard Zenovay branding.

Agency white-label

If you run an agency, the same branding is what your clients see when they log into their portal:

  • Your company name and logo
  • Your brand color
  • No Zenovay branding (when the toggle is on)

You set per-client branding (logo, color, company name) on the Clients tab of the Agency page. See Agency Dashboard for managing clients, access levels, and reports.

Troubleshooting

Logo not displaying

If your logo doesn't show:

  • Confirm the URL is publicly reachable over HTTPS (open it in a private browser tab).
  • Use a direct image link, not a page that contains the image.
  • Try a PNG or SVG; some hosts block hotlinking.
  • Re-check the URL — the preview only appears for a valid, reachable image.

Color not applied

If your color doesn't change:

  • Make sure you clicked Save changes after picking the color.
  • Hard refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R).

Branding still shows Zenovay

If clients still see Zenovay:

  • Confirm Remove Zenovay branding is toggled on and saved.
  • Confirm the client is viewing the branded portal (the agency client portal), not the standard workspace.

Best practices

  • Match the logo and color to your main brand for a consistent look.
  • Use a clear, recognizable company name — it replaces "Zenovay" everywhere it appears.
  • Preview the button and logo before saving so the result matches your brand.
