Short answer: Yes. All Zenovay subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum-term contract. The team owner can cancel from billing settings at any time.
What happens when you cancel

There is no exit fee. There is no "you must wait 30 days" clause.
Does data get deleted?
No. Cancelling moves you to the Free plan; it does not delete your account.
- Analytics events older than the Free plan's retention window (1 year) are deleted on the normal retention schedule.
- On Free, the viewing window for your dashboard analytics is the last 30 days. The underlying events stay within the retention window — they become visible again if you upgrade.
- Pro+-only data such as session replays and heatmaps is not collected on Free. Recordings captured while you were on a paid plan are no longer accessible after the downgrade.
- Account info (email, password, team membership) stays as long as the account exists.
Can I get a refund for the rest of the month?
For monthly plans: no, we do not pro-rate refunds. You keep paid access until the end of the cycle you've already paid for.
For annual plans: contact support within 30 days of the renewal charge — refunds are considered case-by-case.
What if I change my mind before the cycle ends?
You can keep your subscription right up until the cycle ends. Go to Settings → Billing, open the plans view, and re-select your current paid plan. As long as you do this before the scheduled end date, billing continues without interruption. If you've already let the plan lapse to Free, just upgrade again from the same place. If anything looks off, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Annual plans
If you're on an annual plan, cancelling stops the next annual renewal. You keep paid access until the annual term ends. If you want to cancel mid-year and stop paying immediately, contact support — they can switch you to monthly billing for the remainder of the year, or in some cases issue a partial refund.
Enterprise contracts
Enterprise customers operate under a signed contract that may include notice periods (typically 30-90 days). The "cancel anytime" rule does not override your contract — read the cancellation clause or contact your account manager.
How to cancel
Cancellation is a team-owner (or admin) action.
- Open Settings → Billing in
app.zenovay.com. - Open the plans view (the change-plan link on the billing page).
- On the Free plan card, click Downgrade to Free.
- Confirm in the dialog. We'll ask one quick question about why you're leaving, then schedule the change.
You'll get an email confirmation, and the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your paid features until then.
