Accessing on Mobile
Browser Access
- Open your mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)
- Navigate to app.zenovay.com
- Log in with your credentials
- Your dashboard loads in mobile view

For quick access, you can add Zenovay to your home screen as a bookmark:
iPhone/iPad (Safari):
- Open app.zenovay.com in Safari
- Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen

Zenovay keeps you informed about your account by email rather than browser or device push notifications. When something needs attention, it emails you, so you stay informed wherever you read mail - including on your phone.

- Anomaly alerts: Unexpected changes in your metrics

Managing Email Alerts
- Open Zenovay in your mobile browser
- Go to Settings → Account → Preferences
- In the Email notifications section, toggle the alerts you want
- Changes save automatically
Alerts arrive by email at the address on your account. Add Zenovay to your contacts so they don't land in spam.

Dashboard Not Loading
- Check your internet connection
